My Review: This is typically my go-to white wine. This time I did not pair it with food, but I commonly like to pair it with seafood or anything light. The aromas of this wine remind me of various citrus and fruits. While I do not agree with the wine.com review taste of yuzu, I do taste the ginger notes. Other than ginger it has a powerful citrus taste that I enjoy.
